Four Stages of Intelligent, Integrated Processing

Experience a seamless workflow where efficiency is engineered into every stage, dramatically reducing energy consumption and operational complexity compared to traditional systems.

1. Precision Feeding & Distribution: Crushed gypsum is steadily metered and fed to the center of the rotating grinding disc, ensuring a stable and uniform material bed for optimal grinding.

2. Efficient Material-Bed Grinding: Hydraulically-controlled rollers exert precise pressure on the material layer, utilizing the efficient "material-bed grinding" principle to crush with minimal energy waste and wear.

3. Simultaneous Grinding & Drying: Hot air (from a dedicated furnace or cost-saving industrial waste heat) is introduced from the bottom, fluidizing the material and instantly evaporating moisture as grinding occurs.

4. Closed-Loop Classification: An integrated dynamic classifier ensures only powder of the specified fineness leaves the system. Oversized particles are instantly rejected and returned for re-grinding, guaranteeing a perfectly consistent final product.
